Our July Board Meeting was on 2011-07-11. The minutes are published here, "below the fold". The next board meeting is scheduled for 2011-08-08.

People in attendance were: Justin, Valerie, Zac, Stephen, and Joey.

It has been reported that the electric outlets on the right side of the big room are out, and only half have been repaired.

A membership flyer for the bulliton board needs to be made, stating that membership costs are $20.00 every three months, or non paying members can donate ten volunteer hours per month for which they will receive their own website and the ability to store all their hardrive information.

A idea was presented to list some of the computers that are currently in the Thrift Store.

How is the payment on the rent for the month going?

There are Free Geek business cards that still need to be picked up at Office Depot.

There are currently a security camera system placed in Free Geek. Are the videos going to be recorded?

Valerie's phone number has been changed and needs to be transferred to google.

The titles of board members are Justin Doiel as Treasurer, Valerie Doiel as Secretary, Chair Person is Joey.

Justin is also the educational community Director. This title is not in the bylaws, so it is unofficial. Justin was asked to be head of a new Educational Committee, but declined

It was suggested that a locking cabinet be procured.

Another cork and white board needs to be put up.

Thrift store of June and July reports that there is currently $10.00 in the till.

Marking materials for membership are needed.

Zac is supposed to check to see if google groups are public.
