Please Note:

  • You may be asked to leave your machine as we process systems on a first-come, first-serve basis. Depending on current demand and the nature of the work required, it may take several days to resolve your issue.

  • Please bring all needed software, power supplies, or other necessary accessories. This will help to speed up our service to you and help prevent delays in service.

Services:

  • Warranty Support: We provide support for systems with warranty for one year.

    • Includes: Free Diagnostic, Free Labor, Free Parts.

    • If system issue can not be fixed:

      • 1st an equivalent will be given.

      • 2nd if equivalent machine is unavailable then store credit will be given.

  • Non Warranty Support: 

    • We can provide support for systems and software that were not purchased at Free Geek of Arkansas or those which are outside of their warranty period.

    • This support is offered at per hour rate for labor, plus the cost of parts.

    • This support is done on a first come first serve basis.

    • This support is dependent upon tech staff availability.

  • Diagnostic: We provide the 1st hour free for hardware diagnostics.

  • Operating System Install or Reinstall: We can perform an operating system install on your non-Free Geek computer system for a base fee. You must purchase and provide any keys if necessary for installation.

  • Backup and Transfer of Data: Our technicians can backup and transfer data. There is a fee per hour plus cost of storage media unless you bring your own.

  • Data Recovery:

    • All data recovery is difficult or impossible.

    • There is a base charge whether we can recover any data or not.

    • There is a per GB rate in addition to the base fee.

    • Cost of storage media unless you bring your own.

Do it yourself:

  • We will assist and guide you with instructions to diagnosis your own issue without charge as long as you do the labor and purchase any necessary parts.

  • We have parts and storage for sell if needed.
