Daily Responsibilities Include
Accepting and logging donations from the public and area businesses
Sort, clean, and identify items to be tested, rebuilt, sold, and recycled
Ensure aisles and pathways are clear and organized
Test, repurpose, recycle, label, price, and sell items
Engage donors, customers, staff, and volunteers with a friendly and positive attitude
Document your efforts so others can pick up where you left off
Help plan and oversee educational development projects for volunteers
Minimum Qualifications include
Able to lift 50 lbs safely and often
Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
Willing to work in robust climate changing semi-indoor and outdoor temperatures year-round
preferred qualifications include
Experience operating a forklift or similar equipment
Experience performing inventory handling and stocking
Experience with hand tools and power tools
pay range
$15 an hour based on experience. Part-time position available. Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, 12PM to 6PM
